By accessing and using SupportStudioK12, you agree to these terms. This service is provided by the SupportStudioK12 Technology Department for authorized district staff only.
This system is for SupportStudioK12 employees and authorized personnel to submit, track, and manage IT support requests. You agree to:
Access is provided through your district Microsoft account via single sign-on. Your role (submitter, technician, or administrator) determines what you can see and do within the system. Accounts may be deactivated at any time by district administrators.
If you register your phone number for SMS-based ticket submission:
You may attach files to support tickets (documents, screenshots, etc.). Uploaded files must be relevant to your support request. The district reserves the right to remove any content that violates district acceptable use policies.
Allowed file types: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT. Maximum file size: 16 MB.
Your use of this service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Ticket data, comments, and attachments are stored on district-managed infrastructure and are accessible to technology staff for the purpose of resolving your requests.
We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. Known issues are posted on the Status Page.
This service is provided "as is" for internal district use. SupportStudioK12 is not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of this system.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
